On a brisk autumn morning in Portland, I sat with a cup of coffee, reflecting on the journey of my business, Perfectly Placed. My goal had always been to help clients manage their moves and organize their spaces, turning chaotic transitions into seamless experiences. Yet, I felt driven to expand my services beyond move management. The idea of adding real estate support started to take shape in my mind. This concept first emerged when Tracy worked on selling a client's home in Irvington.

As I considered this new path, I contacted my close friend Tracy, who owns Stories of Home. Tracy has consistently inspired me with her profound knowledge of the real estate market and her sincere dedication to helping clients discover their ideal homes. Tracy was also experiencing her own transition, with her career advancing at Lewis & Clark Law School. I discussed my idea of merging our strengths—my organizing skills and her real estate expertise—to develop a comprehensive service that would support clients through every stage of their moving process.
